Taylorsville Lake Report

I went to Taylorsville this afternoon got there about 1pm. The lake is down about a half a foot  and the water temperature is 85 degrees. It was like the other day when I fished Stoner I never did get a pattern. the fish where very scattered. I caught them in the creeks, on main lake points and along the main channel banks. The fish where smaller this trip, with enough 12 to 14 incher to keep things fun. The one good thing was I only loss 8 fish for the day. Which is a great inprovement. I caught most on a shad crankbait. For some reason I just can’t catch a fish on a worm . They are also not schooling which is hard to believe, because they always do this time of year. I guess the cold fronts and the cooler weather has them messed up. I finished the day with only 22 bass. (1 keeper) The fish are biting so give them a try. Till the next post hope to see you on the water.  Just for information this is my 100th post. I just wish I had done better in english so I could have improved my writing skills.
